By making a reservation or participating in an activity at Slime Factory, you unconditionally accept the following conditions:
1. Reservations

Bookings for birthdays and events can only be made via WhatsApp or e-mail.

When requesting a date, a pre-booking is possible for 24 hours; after this period, it will be automatically cancelled.

A written confirmation will be sent after the reservation is validated.

The phone number, full name, and address of the person making the reservation must be provided. Without this information, the booking is invalid.

Once confirmed, you are bound by these terms and conditions. Any cancellation must comply with clause 2.
2. Cancellations

If cancelled before 30 days: a fee of CHF 100 will be charged.

Between 30 and 10 days: 50% of the chosen package will be charged.

Between 10 and 0 days: 100% of the package will be charged.

On the same day, a medical certificate will be required.

In the event of a dispute, Slime Factory reserves the right to make the final decision.

In cases of force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic, etc.), the booking may be postponed or cancelled without charge.
3. Responsibility and material

Participants are responsible for the proper use of facilities and equipment, as well as respect for the venue and noise levels.

Children remain under the responsibility of the adult who made the reservation. Any damage will be reported and invoiced.

In the event of an accident or damage caused by a participant, the costs will be covered by their personal insurance.

Slime Factory declines all responsibility in case of loss, theft, or deterioration of personal belongings.

Theft is not tolerated.
4. Payment

Payments can be made in cash (exact amount), via Twint, or by credit card.

Payment must be made on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed.

All payments are made in Swiss francs (CHF).

From April 1st, 2026, rates will increase. They will be available upon request or on the website from January 1st, 2026.

We reserve the right to modify rates without prior notice.
5. Acceptance of the conditions
Any reservation or participation implies full acceptance of these conditions.
